The minimum weight of casting we can do is 2gram, The minimum casting space available is 0.75 millimeter, and the thinnest is 0.15mm. The longest blind hole we can make is 170mm. We also have various inspection facilities which can do mechanics test.

Process involves sand casting, shell molding, and low pressure die casting. Material optional from GB/ASTM/ANSI/BS/DIN/NF standards. Customized products include receptor for lab, and ground floor for municipal industry. ISO9001: 2000 certified.

1 Standard Linear Tolerance(mm)
As-cast tolerances of angles is mainly a function of the part design and their ocation in casting. They range from +/- 1/2 degree (considered minimum) for well supported positions to +/- 2 degree where existing distortion could be expected. Inclusion of gussets and ribs normally minimizes distortion and many sections can be mechanically straightened.
